Thank you for your donation to Champaign County Bikes (CCB) for the the Kickapoo Rail Trail (KRT).
We believe the construction of the Kickapoo Rail Trail is the most exciting and valuable development for our area’s bicycle community! Your financial support of this project joins the giving of many others to accelerate the construction of the first phase of the trail from Urbana to St. Joseph.
Champaign County Bikes (CCB) collected these KRT donations as a part of CCB’s CU-Bike Month 2015 event. The CU-Bike Month 2015 T-shirt (I helped kickstart the Kickapoo Rail Trail!) was paid for by the CU-Bike Month 2015 sponsors shown on the back of the shirt. CCB will transfer 100% of your KRT donation to KRT’s Forest Preserve Friends Foundation, and they will receive a record of your gift. IRS tax law specifies that you must subtract the fair market value of the t-shirt ($6) from your gift when claiming this deduction.
