The Kickapoo Rail Trail will be a 24.5 mile bike trail built between Urbana and Danville with a stop at Kickapoo State Park.
During CU Bike Month 2015, Champaign County Bikes(CCB) is collecting donations for the Kickapoo Rail Trail (KRT) fund. This KRT fund is the local matching fund for a large federal construction grant and 100% of the funds collected by CCB will be transferred to this KRT fund.
We are suggesting a target gift amount of $24.50, which is $1 / KRT mile.
You may select a different dollar amount / KRT mile to donate. CCB is a 501c3 organization and a receipt will be provided. Everyone who makes a donation will receive a special KRT themed CU Bike Month 2015 t-shirt with the tagline:
“I helped kickstart the Kickapoo Rail Trail!”
